Being understood is rare, but not impossible
You have probably found that saying something accurately does not guarantee it is understood.
So you blame yourself. Was I not clear enough? Was the wording wrong? If I tried harder, would they understand?
You can try harder. But do not put every misunderstanding on your own head.
The same happens between people. They speak one language, use the same words, and still drift apart. Because understanding needs more than accurate speech. It needs the other person to stop, and to set their own ideas down for a moment. That step is not in your hands.
What you can do is say it clearly and mean it honestly.
The rest is up to the wind.
One more thing worth remembering: being understood does not require everyone to understand. Once in a life, one person really stops, listens to the end, and says, “I get it.” That once will hold you up for a long time. It is rare, which is why it is precious. Rare does not mean impossible.
Do not give up on saying things clearly just because many people do not hear. Someone will, one day.
